There is no solid evidence that Cordyceps is harmful or toxic to humans. The Chinese government has approved around 50 medications and dietary supplements for people. However, there are some limitations to the use of Cordyceps militaris. Cordyceps is not recommended for pregnant women, people suffering from bleeding disorders, and people allergic to mushrooms. Cordyceps can also cause weight loss and hypoglycemia, resulting in anxiety, heart palpitation, and confusion. Cordyceps may also have the antiplatelet effect, which means it may reduce the ability of blood clotting. It can be harmful to people who are on blood thinning medication. Although rare in healthy individuals, Cordyceps can cause Gastrointestinal Problems in some people. It can also negatively affect people suffering from Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. Dosage
It is recommended to keep consumption to 1,000–1500mg (2–3 capsule each 500mg) per day for a person.
Duration
For performance enhancement, immunity enhancement, and cells rejuvenation it need to consume cordyceps 4 weeks
Medium
It is better to consume with warm water
Timing
Divide total per day dosage in 3 parts for better efficiency ( Morning, Afternoon and evening), before 45 min of food
